Service Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment:
1.1. To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.2. All prices are quoted in South African RANDS and include any applicable taxes.
1.3. Payments can be made through AdventureGate Payment Platforms
1.4. Any additional costs incurred during the hike, such as souvenirs or optional activities, are the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellations made 4 days before the hike are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 4 days of the hike are not eligible for a refund.

2.3. AdventureGate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule hikes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided to participants.

2.4 Late arrivals for your activity or time slot will not be refunded.

2.4 Refunds can be requested in unique circumstances. Requests can be approved or denied at AdventureGate and Provider's discretion.
