We arrived a little bit earlier than our appointment time for the experience. We had a good cup of coffee in the little cafe area and had a good look around the shop, they had some great merchandise here. When it was time to go we were given some knowledge about the elephants. We saw and fed the elephants first which was amazing. Wenthen went to another area and was shown how to brush the elephants down, it was amazing to be so close. We then walked alongside the elephants, all the time there was a number of the team from the sanctuary alongside us. At every stage they took videos and picture of us throughout the experience. We then stopped after the walk and they showed us every part of the elephant, being able to touch and feel the elephants, having a cuddle and getting a kiss from them. It was truly an amazing experience with some amazing photos and videos. I would fully recommend this experience for anyone visiting this part of africa, as it is a memory you will never forget and will give you a greater appreciation of these magnificent animals. We had an absolutely amazing time. From Reception, our guide, the caretakers and last but certainly not least the elephants were EXCEPTIONAL. We took 150 photos in our time. I will encourage anyone and everyone to do this at least once in their lifetime. - Veronica
